How do I change my email address or update my profile?
To update your personal information, go to "Account Settings" from the main menu. There, you can modify your display name, update your email address, and customize your profile preferences.
Password & Security
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
If you can't remember your password, go to the Sign In page and click on "Forgot Password?". Enter the email address associated with your Envy account, and we will send you a secure link to create a new password and regain access to your lists.
How do I change my current password?
If you are already logged in and want to update your password for security reasons, go to "Account Settings" > "Security". You will need to enter your current password once, then enter your new desired password.
Data & Deletion
How do I permanently delete my account and data?
If you wish to leave us, you can permanently delete your account by going to "Update my profile" > "Profile" and selecting "Delete my account". This action is irreversible and will erase all your personal data, wishlists, and saved items from our servers.
